Human innovation and artificial intelligence

HUB Design Hose is a human focused business innovation club, which at its latest meeting discussed the question of "borders" in human innovation.

Our colleague Zsolt Ződi participated on the meeting as a "storyteller", together with Rezső Rózsai, CEO of KPMG Hungary, Eszter Burovinc, head of marketing and PR, Mazda Motor Hungary, and professor Andrea Dúll, psychologist. The issues, that were discussed comprised the effect of automatization and artificial intelligence on human relations within the companies, what will training and development mean in the new era, and how companies should tackle these issues.

Zsolt Ződi spoke about the role of law in this new situation. People tend to demand the intervention of government and law, when they perceive risks, and challenges stemming from technological developments, and governments like to meet these demands. However sometimes it makes sense to be patient, and wait, where things are developing, and handle these risks with education, communication, and other "soft" means, than law.
