Regulatory challenges of Artificial Intelligence. Studies on the frontiers of Artificial Intelligence and Law

In the portfolio of our research institute, the social and legal-regulatory issues raised by the application of Artificial Intelligence and the search for answers to them will be emphasized. At the end of February 2020, we searched for answers at a national wide conference with the help of 48 speakers. This conference was organized by our institute. Thanks to the choice of topics and the quality of the lectures, the conference provided an almost complete problem map of the fundamental rights issues that arose. The aim of the volume is not to give a complete picture of the tasks ahead of the legislation, but to raise the scientific aspects that we believe should be defined, either in terms of the role of the state, the general approach of the regulator or certain areas of regulation.
