Legal technologies - Digital justice

Back at the end of 2020, a few enthusiastic professionals decided to set up the Digital Justice Research Group to study modern legal technologies. They are the authors of this volume. They include doctoral students and professors, legal draftsmen and judges, programmers and lawyers. The idea was conceived at the time of its creation to compile the ideas and research that have coalesced around the group. The fifteen chapters thus contain a mix of legal IT assessments, descriptions of the state-of-the-art legal technologies, from artificial intelligence-based software to text generation applications and legal design, but also studies on regulatory challenges.
The book is a useful read for practicing lawyers, legal IT professionals - and anyone who wants to get a better insight into the future of law.

The book is available for purchase from the webshop of Ludovika University Press.
