Work and employment in the platform-based economy

Among the social impacts of the operation of internet platforms, the transformation of the economy and the previous structure of work is of particular importance.
The research explores the so-called gig-economy or platform economy through the novel processes of work and employment, with a special focus on the issue of algorithmic management.
